I am a woman, a partner, a mother and I have 30 years of business excellence and entrepreneurship behind me.

​

I have experienced my own spiritual awakening and deep healing. Having an array of experiences and knowledge to share, I hold space to support and guide those who are ready for their own unique and intimate healing journey.  I believe; when you give the body the opportunity to relax and vibe high, great things can happen from the inside out.  By being our own inner healers we can nourish our body, mind and soul.

I know first-hand how stress and negative energies could bring on illness that when unattended and ignored could compound over time.  During my first pregnancy, I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes.  In 2007 I started with acupuncture treatments to help manage my health, I loved the positive results and energy moving throughout my body.

​

By 2010 I had reached a turning point, I was tired and frustrated of being sick, so I decided to try a Reiki session.  After my first session, I felt committed to learn this Japanese relaxation technique.  I wanted to practice it on myself, family members and my dogs. I finally felt empowered to reclaim my health.

​

My own profound experiences practicing Reiki with my dogs Charlie and Daisy Mae led me to become a certified Animal Reiki Practitioner. I love to exchange energy with cats, dogs and horses.   I use a gentle no-touch approach when working with animals, so they too can gain trust and reach a level of calmness where healing can take place.   

​

My Reiki journey has evolved overtime and includes crystals and spritual teachings that have profoundly impacted me on both physical and spiritual levels. I am a certified Death Walker.  I can offer comfort and dignity when assisting those that are nearing their end of life. 

​

I am a member of the Canadian Reiki Association and am delighted to offer in person sessions at Elements Wellness Centre in Kitsilano as well as remote sessions from the comfort of your own home.
