In-Person Initial Reiki Assessment

Service Description

In this initial In-Person Reiki session, you will have the opportunity to explore yourself in a safe relaxed space. We will work together to set the intention for your healing session/s so that you can explore your body , mind, and spirit. Reiki is gentle and will help you to relax and let go. Ideal for those wishing to have relief from stress, anxiety, depression. It can reduce pain caused from injury or surgery. Assist in better sleep, better digestion and overall improves health. Reiki is complimentary to all other healing modalities and will not interfere or cause harm with any medications. Available by Appointment. Session is 60 min. Reiki + 30 min. chat pre/post reiki insight. Location: Tsawwassen BC Please wear loose comfortable clothing as you will be fully clothed during reiki session.
